What is covered?

Fixtures and fittings of your unit i.e geysers, walls, flooring, ceilings, fitted carpets, fitted cupboards, non removable items.

What is the excess on a claim?

Please check the policy schedule for the excess, as it differs from policy to policy.

CFS and the insurance broker will receive a copy of the claim form.
The broker has 2 days to register and submit the claim to the insurance company.
Once the insurance company has registered the claim, they will revert back to the insurance brokers with feedback.
The brokers will advise CFS who will keep the unit owner updated with progress of the claim.

CFS will follow up on the claim from start to finish and arrange for unit owners to receive their claim refund.
