  • CFS and the insurance broker will receive a copy of the claim form.
  • The broker has 2 days to register and submit the claim to the insurance company.
  • Once the insurance company has registered the claim, they will revert back to the insurance brokers with feedback.
  • The brokers will advise CFS who will keep the unit owner updated with progress of the claim.
